[Initial Defect Warranty Support Period]: Within one week of delivery: product exchange, or 100% refund if no replacement is in stock.
No support is provided after that period. *Returned devices will not be sent back.

[Warranty Details]: ■Warranty: 180-day initial defect warranty + network restriction warranty from delivery.
→All items other than junk / defective items include this warranty.
Compensation is limited to the product price. Returned devices will not be sent back.

・Battery deterioration or defects, and deterioration of accessories or consumables
・When Osaifu-Keitai (FeliCa chip) data has not been removed
・SIM lock unlock availability ・Any issues related to modification, software, or app installation compatibility
・Manufacturer-side defects or behavior considered normal by the manufacturer
・Malfunctions caused by use of non-specified devices or consumables
・Issues caused by OS updates or version-related problems
・When repairs were performed by parties other than the manufacturer
・When the manufacturer warranty is still valid

・When the warranty period has ended or the item has no warranty
・When the item is not returned within 7 days of warranty claim

Chargers are UL certified and charging cables are MFI (Made for iPhone) certified. Headphones are not included. Products may be provided in the original packaging or in generic boxes. Refurbished items have been cleaned, and signs of use or surface scratches/damage are nearly invisible when viewed from 30 cm away. Batteries provide over 80% of new capacity and function like new. Products are restored to factory settings.
