Long-term warranty available (within 180 days of shipping date)
Once your order arrives, please check its functionality. If a defect is found within 180 days of shipment, we will promptly process a return or exchange. If the same item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

In the event that a device becomes unusable due to network restrictions, a full refund will be issued, except in special circumstances.

Please contact us via the inquiry form, stating your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange, to request a return.

-Return/exchange requests due to customer convenience (e.g., no longer needed, purchased by mistake)
-Films, cables, AC adapters, etc., included with the device itself
-If more than 180 days have passed since the shipping date
-Problems due to deterioration of the battery or LCD over time
-If the customer has repaired, modified, or replaced parts
-Damage caused by external factors such as water immersion or accidents
-If we are unable to reproduce the defect

[Initial Defect Policy (within 7 days of product arrival)]
If a defect occurs within 7 days of arrival, we will provide a refund or replacement.
While we take every precaution in inspecting our products, if there is an initial defect, we will issue a refund if reported within 7 days.
In the event of a replacement, if an identical item is not available, we will provide a substitute.
If a refund is issued, the refund process will be completed within 7 business days.
We cannot answer questions regarding the refund process by third-party organizations, such as credit card payments, after our processing. Even if an item to which you have applied a protective film or coating is returned or exchanged, we will not compensate for any costs other than the purchased product itself.
