■ About delivery time

Orders eligible for same-day shipping
Orders or payments confirmed by 2 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders or payments confirmed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders eligible for shipping on or after the next business day (if any of the following apply)

If any of the following apply, shipping will be on or after the next business day, and delivery will take approximately 1-2 business days.

　・Orders placed after 2 PM on a weekday.
　・If payment was not completed successfully due to an interrupted payment, exceeding the limit, or an expired card in any payment method.
　・If any other special circumstances occur. (This includes delivery delays due to earthquakes or typhoons, traffic conditions, or product defects discovered during shipping)

■ About changing address after an order and forwarding after product shipment
To prevent unauthorized credit card use, we prohibit changing the shipping address after an order is placed and forwarding services by shipping companies. We appreciate your understanding.

 

■ About shipping fees
There are no additional shipping fees based on delivery location or number of packages.
