Q.When will my order arrive?
Orders confirmed by 2 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day; orders placed after that are shipped the next business day.

Q.What is battery condition?
We only sell devices with a maximum battery capacity of 80% or higher.
If you would like a battery replacement, you can use Apple’s battery replacement service or have it done through one of our partner companies. Please contact us.
Q.Can I use my current SIM card?
All devices sold on our site are SIM-free or SIM-unlocked, so any carrier’s SIM card should work as long as it is compatible with the device you purchase.
However, if you are switching to a different device type, you may need to change your SIM. If you are unsure, please check with your carrier or MVNO before purchasing.

Examples of SIM incompatibility:
- Switching from iPhone 7 to iPhone 8 or later
- Switching from Android to iPhone
- Switching from some corporate-contract devices
