[Network Restriction (Red ROM) Warranty]: If a network restriction changes to ✕ during use, we will exchange the device for the same product.
*Damage occurring during use (broken screen, broken buttons, etc.) is not covered.

[Initial Defect Warranty Support Period]: Within one week of delivery: product exchange, or 100% refund if no replacement is in stock.
No support is provided after that period. *Returned devices will not be sent back.

[Warranty Details]: ■Warranty: 180-day initial defect warranty + network restriction warranty from delivery.
→All items other than junk / defective items include this warranty.
Compensation is limited to the product price. Returned devices will not be sent back.
(Costs incurred at carrier stores or separately purchased items such as protective films are not covered.)

The warranty does not apply to the following:

・When the reported issue cannot be reproduced at our shop
・When no purchase history with us can be confirmed
・When the claim is made by someone other than the original purchaser
・Damage judged to result from improper use or negligence (water damage, modification, unauthorized repair)
・Issues that occur only when using budget SIM cards
・Battery deterioration or defects, and deterioration of accessories or consumables
・When Osaifu-Keitai (FeliCa chip) data has not been removed
・SIM lock unlock availability ・Any issues related to modification, software, or app installation compatibility
・Manufacturer-side defects or behavior considered normal by the manufacturer
・Malfunctions caused by use of non-specified devices or consumables
・Issues caused by OS updates or version-related problems
・When repairs were performed by parties other than the manufacturer
・When the manufacturer warranty is still valid
○Other
・When the warranty period has ended or the item has no warranty
・When the item is not returned within 7 days of warranty claim
・Claims made after the warranty period has ended
・When the product description states that returns are not accepted
・Returns based on differences in how the product image appears or in the interpretation of the used-grade rank
・When not all original accessories are included
・Warranty for items other than the product itself (handling fees, separately purchased accessories, repair fees)

[About Accessories and Condition]: Accessories bundled with Apple products may not be original parts, but they are compatible and function without issue. Chargers are UL certified and charging cables are MFI (Made for iPhone) certified. Headphones are not included. Products may be provided in the original packaging or in generic boxes. Refurbished items have been cleaned, and signs of use or surface scratches/damage are nearly invisible when viewed from 30 cm away. Batteries provide over 80% of new capacity and function like new. Products are restored to factory settings.

Depending on the stocking date, the OS version may differ from what is displayed.
