PRODIGの中古・整備済み品は、専門スタッフが30項目以上を実機で検品し、外装のクリーニングとデータ消去を行った端末です。外装の状態に応じてS・A・B・Cの4ランクに分類しており、各ランクの状態の目安は商品ページでご確認いただけます。
保証はありますか？
すべての商品に180日間の無料保証が付いています。お届け後の初期不良はもちろん、通常使用での自然故障にも対応します。ネットワーク利用制限が「×」の端末は販売しておらず、万一ご購入後に利用制限がかかった場合も保証対象です。
Wi-Fiモデルとセルラーモデルはどう選べばよいですか？
iPad11にはWi-Fiモデルとセルラー（Cellular）モデルがあります。ご自宅や職場のWi-Fiだけで使う場合はWi-Fiモデル、外出先でも単体で通信したい場合はSIMが使えるセルラーモデルがおすすめです。セルラーモデルはSIMフリーのため、各キャリア・格安SIMに対応します。
バッテリーの状態はどのくらいですか？
販売するすべての端末は、バッテリー最大容量80%以上を基準にしています。商品ごとに実測したバッテリー最大容量を商品ページに記載しているため、状態を確認したうえでご購入いただけます。

Orders for which payment is confirmed by 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.

All products sold by our company have a maximum battery capacity of 80% or more.
If you wish to have the battery replaced, you can apply for Apple's battery replacement service, or we can also arrange for it through our partner company.

All devices sold on our site are either SIM-free or have been SIM-unlocked, so you can use a SIM card from any carrier as long as it is compatible with the device you purchase.
